A few years later, it allows to concentrate efforts and investments aimed at improving production.<br \/>\nWith a branch in Forl\u00ec, the leading company in the construction of sheet metal bending machines, has subsequently specialized under the guidance of the members Massimo Roccia and Giorgio Giraudo, sons of the founders, and Franco Barca who deals with the design in the branch.<\/p>\n<p>In 2010, with more than 60 employees &#8211; including many specialized technicians -, MG srl was the protagonist of the world scenario thanks to the creation of the largest grille ever built: the &#8220;MG32520Z&#8221;, it is 7,70 meters high, 7,10 meters wide, 13,70 meters long and weighs 350 tons, which allows it to bend sheets of sheet 3 meters wide 25 cm thick[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/12&#8243;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-6 vc_col-md-12 vc_col-xs-12&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; use_row_as_full_screen_section=&#8221;no&#8221; type=&#8221;grid&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; background_image=&#8221;2024&#8243; background_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; background_animation=&#8221;none&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;60&#8243; padding_bottom=&#8221;60&#8243; css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;sf-ombra&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #dd2a1d; text-align: center;\">Today<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;normal&#8221; border_style=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]In November <em>2011<\/em>, MG Srl starts a technical and constructive renewal, thanks to the acquisition of <strong>Delsy Srl<\/strong>, at that time a 75% subsidiary, an Italian software manufacturer of numerical controls, one of the best known in the world in this field : thanks to this union, MG machines became more reliable and versatile, while maintaining the right quality\/price ratio.<\/p>\n<p>With its 100 employees, covering an area of 6000 square meters and a total land of 12000 square meters, MG srl now covers 60% of the Italian market and exports its machines to the United States, Latin America, Asia and Oceania.<\/p>\n<p>MG bending machines are designed and built to achieve performance equal to 3 times the diameter of their top roll with plates having a yield strength of 260N\/mm2 and are able to meet any bending requirement, through a wide range of models with working lengths from 500 mm to 8000 mm and capacities from 1 to 300 mm.<\/p>\n<p>In March <em>2024<\/em>, a key step on the path to growth and success, MG fully acquires <strong>Delsy Srl<\/strong>, and buys the company <strong>Roccia Srl<\/strong>, also part of the bending machine market. Thanks to this transaction, MG can expand its service portfolio by offering increasingly innovative and advanced solutions.
