Central Support

The central support is vital for the stability and the support of the shell ring in the case where the diameters to be obtained during the curving process are large. This support keeps the material stable, avoiding variations in the radius due to the weight of the sheet. The support is entirely hydraulic, with a piston and two guides that allow the vertical movements necessary during processing.

Lateral Support

The lateral support has the function of supporting the ferrule during the curving, it also helps to handle and guide the plate avoiding problems due to weight and thickness.

In the case of thin sheet metal work and at the same time with large diameters, the stability of the piece represents a problem: the difficulties are found in keeping the required radius unchanged. The presence of the lateral support is therefore an advantage for both stability and staff safety.


Easy command 4.0

New and advanced numerical control system, with the addition of the following functions: possibility to control the three bending axes (X, Y, Z), lateral supports and central support, clamping pressure of the plate, powering the ejector, table supply through the interface with the PLC; archive of 300 programs each of 99 lines, graphical interface with touch-screen. Diagnostic screen to check the correct operation of the machine and its components (limit switch, encoder, input and output relays).

Touch Command Evo

Touch Command EVO is the latest version of our CNC, fully integrated with the machine and the result of years of direct experience. This new control is effective and capable of such precision never experienced on a bending machine, thanks to the unique and innovative closed loop system, which monitors the rotation and the position of the side rollers in real time. It is a great challenge to design a numerical control system for plate bending machines: the main obstacle is the difference in yield tolerance of the material being bent. MG has a unique approach: to create a library of specific materials in which the operator can navigate to work with the type of material chosen. After a first test, the data entered in the CNC will be repeated by the machine. Once the type of material and its elastic return will be recorded, the computer automatically generates programs to form any type of metal shell ring: circular, squared, elliptical, triangular. We recommend MG automatic controls for a high volume of cylindrical shapes, or for curving of complex shapes that are not possible with a manual machine: for example, multiple-ray curving and oval shapes.




Automated hydraulic system for ejection of the shell. Once the sheet bending is finished, after opening the release, the ejector pushes the workpiece out, repositioning once the release is closed. The ejector can be both hydraulic and pneumatic according to the customer’s need.


It represents the final part of a production chain. The shell just ejected from the machine, is collected in the cradle. In the case where the cradle is fixed, the operator will pick up the shell directly from it. In the case where the production is completely automated, the cradle can be tiltable, and then it roll the shell ring on appropriate storage floors.


Protection Grid

The protection grid, especially on smaller machines, offers extra security.

It represents a protection both towards the operator, who cannot in any way bring the hands to the rollers during the curving, either towards the machine, since it prevents unwanted parts from ruining the sheet or the rollers during processing.

Loader And Automation

A wide range of vacuum conveyor and magnetic loaders that, combined with motorized and complete squared load tables, allow the automatic movement of the sheets and avoid unnecessary engagement of overhead cranes and personal extras for the entire duration of the working cycle.



The roller conveyor can be inserted at the entrance to the bending machine, but also at the exit, to accommodate the shell. It can also be motorized or neutral, so work independently or represent a support for the operator, who will insert the sheet manually. In the case in which it is necessary to bend large diameters with important thicknesses, the roller conveyor can also be inclined, helping to support the sheet during the pre-bending phase.


The centering device is a hydraulic component of the roller conveyor. Positioned in the final part of the latter, it is essential to provide the squaring of the metal sheet. By perfectly aligning the plate with the pinching rollers, it allows even more precise processing, avoiding the intervention of an operator.
